As approved Property Valuers for most of the major banks in Cyprus, our aim is to establish the true market value of a property prior to purchasing, selling or applying for a mortgage. The value is assessed according of course the location of the property, as well as demand, availability, condition, age etc.

With regards to land it depends on whether it is located in a residential, commercial or agricultural area. Except location, the building zone also pays an important role in assessing its market value.
