As Certified Surveyors and approved Property Valuers for most of the major banks in Cyprus, our aim is to establish the true market value of a property prior to purchasing, selling or applying for a mortgage.

The value is assessed according to the location of the property, the demand, availability, age etc. With regards to land it depends on whether it’s located in a residential, commercial or agricultural area. The building zone also pays an important role in assessing its value.

Most importantly we recommend a valuation, for those living abroad, who are not familiar with the property market in Cyprus. As regulations and zones change from time to time, you may lose out when selling or pay over the odds when buying.
